Loved Baku, the hotel was beautiful and great to the Old Town area. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, for example, Nizami Street was relatively near the venue. Besides, it was just off sea and the ceter of city, and center: )

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its nearness to the center and sea, as well as to the old town area with lots of cafes and restos. The room was clean and bright, with adequate furniture and space even though we booked a budget double room. Staff were friendly and helpful, and even gave us welcome tea.

The hotel's location is central and conveniently close to the Old Town area and the sea. the clean and bright rooms have enough furniture and space, with a clean bathroom and responsive staff. Some rooms have functioning AC and TV channels, and some guests receive a welcome tea.
One of the staff members holds the key to the rooms, requiring guests to request access when returning to the hotel.

The location of Empire was perfect- just a short walk to the old city and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The room was clean and bright, with functional TV channels and AC. Though there were a few minor issues like the floor not being perfectly cleaned and a room that smelled a bit, it didn't detract from our overall positive experience. The staff, while not all fluent in English, were helpful and responsive. We were even treated to a welcome traditional tea. I would recommend Empire Hotel for its convenient location and comfortable accommodations.

It was so convenient to be able to walk to the nearby cafes and restaurants, as well as the boulevard. The room itself was clean, bright, and had enough furniture and space for our needs. The staff were incredibly helpful, even though not all of them spoke English fluently. They even greeted us with a welcome traditional tea, which was a lovely touch.
We would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Easter at this hotel was not all bad. the location was great - near the center and close to public transportation. We also enjoyed the traditional tea that was given to us as a welcome treat. the room was bright and clean. Dislikes: there were quite a few negative aspects to our experience. there was no kettle or cups inside the room, which was a bit inconvenient. the breakfast situation was not made clear - we booked with breakfast, but were informed upon arrival that we were not eligible for it because we checked in after 4pm. Lastly, our room smelled bad and the airconditioning was not working.
